The apartment is south-facing and of approximately 60m 2 in size .
It is situated on the first floor of the building and accessed by an independent outdoor staircase, leading into the garden.

It comprises an entrance hall, 4 rooms and a shower rooms/toilet.

Holiday rental, accommodation does not include personal linen, such as bed sheets and pillowcases, gands and towels, kitchen towels ...
Their supply and use are the responsibility of the tenant.

The living room contains a table and chairs, a sofa (4/5 people), a television/radio,
and a table for your computer (Wi-Fi).

The kitchen is equipped with a set of modern electrical equipment.
The sink is supplied with softened water, both hot and cold, as well as with mains-water.
The furniture consists of a breakfast table and four chairs, and also a buffet and a cupboard on the wall.
It is also equipped with crockery and general kitchen equipment.

The two bedrooms are furnished.
One contains a double bed (160x200) and the other has two single beds (90x190) .
An extra folding bed is available.
(bedsheets and pillowcases are not provided and can be rented in town)

The shower room contains a sink, a shower and a toilet.

For the winter and mid-season, the apartment has a central heating system, with a thermostat-controlled radiator in each room.
For the summer it is equipped with centralised air-conditioning that cools the apartment healthily, by creating a natural circulation of air.

In all seasons, a centralised ventilation system ensures that the apartment is well-aired.

The building is equipped with security alarms throughout.
