Les prix du tarif sont spécifiés taxe de séjour comprise et hors garantie,
pour une consommation moyenne hebdomadaire d'eau de 6,5 M3
et d'électricité de 140 Kwh.
En cas de dépassement significatif de ces consommations, forfaitairement fixé à 5 %, le locataire sera redevable de plein droit envers le propriétaire d'une compensation de la différence qui sera mise à sa charge dés le seuil de dépassement sur la base de 4,90 € le m3 d'eau et de 0,40€ du Kwh, consommés en sus des consommations moyennes hebdomadaires mentionnées ci-avant.

und 140kwH Elektrizität.
Im Falle einer erheblichen Überschreitung dieser Verbräuche, die auf einen festen Satz von 5% festgesetzt wird, haftet der Mieter automatisch gegenüber dem Eigentümer für eine Entschädigung für die Differenz, die ihm von der Überschreitungsschwelle auf der Grundlage von 4,90 in Rechnung gestellt wird Zusätzlich zum oben genannten durchschnittlichen wöchentlichen Verbrauch werden m3 Wasser und 0,40 kwh verbraucht. |
These prices include holiday tax, but not the security deposit,
and allow for an average weekly consumption of 6.5 M 3 of water
